Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Next Tech Global Ltd services. Because we provide digital services and custom development, refunds are evaluated based on the work completed.

1. Deposits and milestones

Many projects are delivered in milestones. Payments typically cover time, planning, and resource allocation. Once a milestone has started, time spent and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable.

2. When refunds may be issued

  • If we have not begun work and you cancel, we may refund unspent amounts (excluding non-refundable processing fees, if any).
  • If a deliverable is materially not as described and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the incomplete scope.

3. When refunds are not issued

  • Completed work, approved milestones, or delivered source code and documentation.
  • Delays or issues caused by missing requirements, third-party services, or client-side changes.
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after work has started.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at im@ntghk.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We may request additional details to evaluate the scope and completed work. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

5. Dispute resolution

If you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us first. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly through clarification, remediation, or partial refunds based on work completed.
