We provide services using reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Tech Global Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the applicable proposal or agreement. Any completed work, approved milestones, and incurred costs remain payable.
